That sounds really terrifying, and I'm just so sorry you had to go through it. Thankfully, as you said, you didn't have any other sort of accidents...falling, etc.
I'm glad you're okay and hope this doesn't happen again.
I'm with Lymetoo, though...did anything change? Anything happen that could have brought this on?
I've only experienced siezures once, and they happened just before and after my bout with Lyme paralysis.
This disease has no end of surprises!

Usually I have triggers that set of a seizure.
Just taking my normal meds.
I've been trying to work more and am worn out. That's really the only change.
