Hi everyone:

Has someone try amphoteracin for yeast infections? if so, what was the dosage and what was your experience with this drug (compounded abx)?

Thank you,

I don't think that would be a good place to start for yeast infection - I'd have to research again but I think there was a risk of hearing loss with that drug. Why not use proven Diflucan, Nystatin, etc?

If you take the oral Amphotericin B (Compounded) it is only absorbed in the gut and is harmless (not systemic).

It really helped me and after a few weeks everyone commented on how healthy I looked.

Felt terrible for the first week or so though.

Be well.

Thank you guys!

I did nystatin/diflucan but did't seem to work on the thrush/esophagus area.

Yes, I am doing the amphoteracin B compound, second day and not feeling good at all. I am also doing mepron/zithro/septra, I hope this will be my last herx ever Hm......... ; hopefully I will feel/look healthy again after this combo.

Take care and thank you again,
