I read that you can only kill Bb when they reproduce which is every 4 weeks. Does that mean most of the ABX we take each month is not being put to use? Also has anyone been successful with the low and slow approach meaning lower doses for long periods. Some of us just can't take that much meds.

Bb reproduces every 12 - 24 hours not every month. It cycles every month.... meaning you get a flair of symptoms that worsen every 4 weeks.
