Depends a lot on how much change in WBC. Post some numbers.
If total WBC is still in normal range but increasing that could be a good sign.
If total WBC elevated above normal range not good.
The differential numbers usually give the most clues. The total WBC is important, but if the eosinophils are elevated then it could be parasites, monocytes are frequently elevated with Lyme -- the breakdown will give the most clues as to cause.

I think my daughter had to ditch a med, wish I could remember which one, to allevaite this.
