Topic: Muscle twitches all over on Biaxin+CAt's Claw-ADR?
So is this more likely from die-off or a reaction to the cat's claw?
And how much of this supplement do you guys take?

The muscle twitches could be a Bart symptom or Lyme. If your taking cats claw, and nothing else, could be Lyme twitching.
Not sure what you mean by reaction, but it sounds like cats claw is stirring the bugs up.
As far as dosage, Cowden protocol does 20 drops of Samento, but he also includes other anti-microbials 2 other times a day.
if I were just doing Samento, I would break it up.
You should speak to your LLMD.
Also, everyone is different. I could only get up to 13 drops because the 20 made me herx to badly. You need to follow cues from your body.
Just one drop can make all the difference in how you feel.
