how many bm's do you guys have on average per day? i was told we should try to have 2 or 3 per day to rid the toxins. i am nowhere near that. are you guys?

I don't think I eat enough to have 3-4 BM's a day. [dizzy]

Take lots of magnesium and calcium. You'll have more.

my ART practitioner told me three a day is ideal.

2-3 for me.
