this middle-aged man started using collidal silver because he recommended for a friend; so he drank it too .... 10 oz. day.

he felt the difference so he then began putting it on his skin as he got excessive acne during the time both his parents were passing away; he was their caregiver.

during 3 months of putting collidal silver DIRECTLY on his face, he turned blue; medium to dark blue!

Dr. Oz couldn't believe what he was seeing either; he had his hands in his scalp and looking at his neckline as well.

Oz offered to take blood tests since collidal silver goes to KIDNEY OR LIVER AND BRAIN.

so just passing along this story; 1st show on oprah today; i don't know if she has tv transcripts daily of her show or not.

fyi only! i'm glad to have seen this portion of show! Betty [hi]

bettyg,

How long did he drink 10 oz a day for, I missed the show.

I've taken colloidal silver (silver shield) for three weeks. Two tablespoons a day. My son took 1 teaspoon a day for 6 days, needless to say Doc J said stop. We did. It was part of our hollistic therapy. See bone scan thread.

The homeopath felt he had some residual bart, but Lyme ok. When we returned to her she concurred to stop because she said it was gone. Just parasites.

All interesting-

As always,

thanks -

Thank you Betty; it was quite interesting.

He said that he started turning blue after he started putting it on his skin: three months. It didn't sound like he was putting it everywhere; just on his face and some on his arms?

Well I can see how a BLUE man is more important to Oprah than a disease like ours that will soon be an epidemic in this country! [confused]

I don't know what this guy did to turn himself blue but I have seen someone with argyria, and he didn't look like that! Also the person I know who turned grey has cleared the discoloration over time with antioxidants!

What I do know abt colloidal silver is that it is a power and gentle anti pathogen agent.

(I have no business interest with this company, though find their research accurate.)

We are all allowed to believe what we want, and follow the path that suits us best. As we know many settle for short term treatment for chronic lyme and then get another dx. Others treat for years with abx and get well while others acquire addition problems from long term abx use.

In my family colloidal silver and gold has been a God send!
My son has had complete remission from severe neuro lyme with silver when he didn't get such recovery with oral and Iv abx.

My daughter has recovered much cognitive function since beginning treatment with silver and gold, and is still treating.

After being told by 4 LLMD's that I could not use abx anymore, I am using silver/ gold with IVIG and getting remarkable nerve and function recovery.

I have seen time and time again silver have profound effects on individuals with lyme and co-infections.

Am I scared of turning blue...Heck No! I'm am glad to be alive, functioning and healing.

I have done my homework and I am quite certain that the colloidal silver and gold I am taking offers me less healthy risks that over the counter pain meds. And, It won't turn me blue!

So while there is 1 person in the USA who is making quite a bit of money being blue, it's not enough to scare me out of wellness.
Choose for yourself!

Who in their right mind would drink 10 oz of that per day? Good grief!

There is a woman I saw on TV that turned grey/blue as well from colloidal silver. I have enuf issues with how I look! I will stay away from that, for sure.

But, Clarissa is right on~ Certainly a blue guy is more important than Lymies anyday! Gets ratings up!
