Hi all - Can herxing last for months? I started with pain in my right wrist a few months ago and now it is pretty severe pain. The same type of pain is now in my ankles, other wrist, elbows and one knee. I thought it might be herxing but since it is lasting so long I'm not so sure now. After sitting for long periods of time it is hard to get up and start walking - I get worried that soon I might be somewhat crippled. I thought herxing was short lived. Nothing helps the pain - tylenol or ibuprofen. Thanks, M
