I was just told that I have Fatty liver. Just great huh?

I was thinking of trying milk thistle. How much are you supposed to take? Are there any med interactions that you can think of?

Milk thistle is good.
There are some herbal mixes that I feel are much better.

Liver cleansing can be remarkably effective. I've talked to several people who've done the Hulda Clark version and have cleaned hundreds to thousands of stones from their system.

For you Humaworm fans, it is recommended you do the cleanse after the parasite treatment.

If more people knew about this treatment, perhaps less people would be "donating" their gall bladders to the surgeons!!!

Milk thistle does have drug interactions, including Mepron.

Stehen Buhner in _Healing Lyme_speaks highly of alpha lipoic acid for liver support.

In Burrascano's guidelines he mentions ALA to aid with energy issues.

Hmm thats strange...My LLMD sent me a letter saying to start taking milk thistle since my liver enzymes are elevated, and I am on Mepron.

It's listed as a possible interaction. It might need to be taken 2 hours apart so it is not metabolized at the same time. I would all their office and ask.

it works .My brother -had fatty liver -high liver enzymes..did her diet , here suplements , than parasites cleansing and Huldas protocoll -liver flushes .

Well the Dr told him to do a biopsy to rule out something else.He did the liver flushes and lost some punds and the enzymes went back to normal.

Read her book -she is the best on that field !
He still takes Milk thisle -or her sumplement -pending on which runs out.

Her supplement do help the liver to detoxify --and it start showing results on at least 6 months.She suggested on her books the liver flushes also.

Read her books .I have them both and have done 3 month her diet -before I knew I had lyme and helped tremendously on detoxing..

Read also the book that exsplains th ebody type and suplements needed based on body type.
