I just recently got a small red non itchy rash near my armpit on my back. The dots look like tiny mosquito bites, but they do not itch.

I did notice I got it after using pinella, burbur, and zeolites for detox.

I also have just started getted headaches after having lyme for 5 years at the same time I got the rash.

I have tested negative twice for babesia and negative once for bart and a positive 1:64 IgG the second time for bart.

Feedback appreciated. Hiker53

Hi Hiker -

Yes Babs can cause a rash-

The rash is small Red bumps that get a small white
tip that is ruff to the touch after the bumps
have been there awhile --

The rash also has a nerve type reaction where
if you scratch one on your leg -
you can feel it on your back ect--

Babs rash usually itches Very Bad --

Post a picture of the rash if you can --Jay--

The picture of the rash is too light to post. I will keep it on my digital camera and show it to the doctor when I go in a few weeks.

It does not itch at all. I would never have known I had it if the massage therapist had not pointed it out to me.

This sounds so much like a rash I am experiencing; and I had already been suspecting the Babesia Fairy might be visiting me.

I am itchy; so itchy. It moves around, but is mostly on my arms and upper legs, head too. There are some small bumps, and definitely petichiae looking areas. As I scratch it quickly gets all read and inflamed.

I have lost my appetite for several day. (Yeah! The only symptom I've never had but always wanted.) I feel a low level nausea and no desire to eat.

I had to change my pjs three times night before last and once last night due to the night sweats.

I am profoudly fatigued and have trouble being out of bed and am sleeping a lot.

Right now, this morning, the itching is driving me crazy, so I was doing a search on rashes. It just keeps popping up from one spot to another, feels almost prickly.

Any opinions?

Four days ago, I broke out in a rash on my thighs...in the middle of a huge babesia herx.

Mine was also too light to show up in a photo. It was a little different than petichie. Red but not the disctintive deep red dots.

How long do babesia rashes tend to last?
