CSM didn't do that for me, but... there are different versions of it.
Some have sugar added, some have aspartame, and some have stevia.
If you have the one with sugar, you might have yeast flare ups due to it (if this is an issue for you).
I'd probably get the one with stevia because thats the safest. Aspartame is bad business, and you'll be taking a lot of it with the CSM if you have that version....

I only take a teaspoon a day, but find I get kind of "backed up" if you will....

Sucrose is sugar. Try to get the version with stevia...
I got mine at Hopkinton Drug, a compounding pharmacy in MA.
They shipped it to me after my Dr. sent the script to them.
You may be able to get a local compounding pharmacy to make it for you though.
You obviously also want to run it by your Dr. in case your symptoms are due to something else, but the sucrose might be it so its worth asking about.
