Clicked on his email address and nothing happened for me. Course, I do still have dial-up and maybe that's why.

Thank God, an unbiased opinion from someone who knows what they're talking about!

yes, i wrote him last night or was it today, and got this great reply back about my LOW VISION so i couldn't read his pdf document.

"Thank you for your kind remarks.

If you had optic neuritis it's a rare complication of untreated borreliosis.

Since you seem computer literate, try increasing the font size for easier reading.

Sincerely,
David Volkman, Ph.D., M.D.
Emeritus Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics
SUNY, Stony Brook, NY

[email protected]"

i sure didn't know he was kids dr at STONY BROOK! [Smile] how wonderful of him to write us all back.

editing: i showed his comments above about EYESIGHT since we have so many folks with vision problems; some i know personally here have LOST a great deal of eyesight to lyme.

that's why i posted this here for a "WAKE UP" moment; maybe that's what is wrong with my vision and to get to eye specialist to check it out.

fyi only...bg
