If what you say is correct then Jello should be a good food right?

Can I get it sugar free without aspartame?

As long as it doesnt have sugar in it, I should be good to go.

I don't think so. It's full of junk, artificial colors and aspartame is really bad for you.

Perhaps, pick up an amino acid formula that contains the amino acids that are provided in the link she provided. http://www.gelatin-gmia.com/html/gelatine_health.html

Or wait until she clarifies things.
