Hello everyone, as some of you know I have been taking Cymbalta and I worked up to about 25 mg.

THe first couple time I took this I got akathasia and tartive diskenisia so I stopped imedialtelly.

Now I am experiencing with the coffee (which im addicted to) that I am getting more orthostatic hypotension as much as I did when I was on Plaquenil (of all drugs).

So has anyone here experienced this and has it gone away?

I would really like to stay on this as its working out better then the Wellbutrin did, that kept me up all night.

I think the coffee would mess up the orthostatic hypotension. It irritates the vagus nerve, so you should probably stop the caffeine! The Cymbalta may have side effects causing that stuff too!

Yes of course it goes away. You have to get proper treatment for it. What else have you tried for the hypotension? Did you try stopping the cymbalta and see if you improved?
