I use Jarrow Formula "Jarro-Dophilus EPS". No refrigeration required. Vegetarian capsules. 8 species/strains. 5 billion organisms.
I take 2 in the a.m. before breakfast on an empty stomach.
I purchase online at iherb, but many health food stores carry it, too.
Happy travels. Hopeful

Two I can recommend... that I like.
Probiotic pearls. Amazing and can be purchased in most drug stores. Comes in pkgs of 90 (usually save $$ that way) and 30 per pkg. Take only one per day.

I've read and been told that basically any probiotic that isn't refridgerated is useless.
I don't know how true that is.. but there is supposedly no guarantee that ANY of the beneficial bacteria are alive if it hasn't been consistently refridgerated.

Prescript Assist Pro is good (recommended by Dr B and is soil based, Theralac, and Complete Probiotics do not need refrigeration. You can also use these together in one day for different strain combinations.
I used a 12 hour pack for baby bottles/food you can get in Baby's or U when traveling with refrigerated probiotics.
There may be others out there too.

Try Researched Nutritionals brand, plus Florastor. Most good ones do need refrigeration. One of the best is VSL # 3. UltraFlora is room temp. and is good as well.
