So what`s best diet? I read the instructions that
clinic specialised for LD in Germany gives. It says that eat as alkaline food as possible and drink atleast 2,5 l/d water.

It`s also known that spirochets use carbohydrates and especially sugars to multiply, so those ingredients should be propably avoided. Good carbohydrates which are in vegetables are allowed.

So as alkaline food as possible, as little as possible bad carbohydrates, lot of water and no alcohol and coffeine. Diet should also include much good fats.

Or am I totally wrong?

I just wondered because Ive seen so many kinds of diets here...

I would also be interested in feedback on this. I am seeing an ND on Tuesday (God willing).

I know the basics. No sugar, no alcohol etc... But I need some nutrition fast! I am losing tons of weight and muscle mass. Everything I eat seems to go right through me and I am becoming weak. How about a top 10 most nutritious foods:)

I usually don't eat well at all. However, I've started cooking soup with onions, turnips, etc., and I swear I herxed. I think foods like that, onions, garlic, etc. go a long way towards general health.

I think most common pattern is that first you symptoms get worse because of herx reactions, and after that hopefully little better. So if your body is reacting somehow to abx (old symptoms getting worse), it propably means abx are helping.

Eat proteins and green or yellow vegetables. White ones are usually NOT good ones!! (except maybe a radish!!)

You can add nuts like almonds, pecans, or walnuts if you're losing weight.

Protein drinks are good too if they don't have sugar.

Use stevia for sweetening.
