I have had that on and off for quite some time. It can be a lyme symptom but I don't know specifically what causes it.

This is driving me crazy. It started a few weeks ago. I have no idea what the cause is.

"What is causing the tingling in my hands and feet?"

Ruling out the obvious... cold, sugar problems, yeast, etc... It could be Lyme related.

May I suggest a chiropractor?

That helped me while I was waiting for and getting treatment.

I believe it's called neuropathy.
You should try some Magnesium and Benfotiamine. It helps me a lot.

Mine was horrible until I started treatment. It is

much better now. B12 IM helped me a lot.
But I have read some who have

permanent damage, does not go away.
