Okay. So, my husband is a dancer and a few years ago he was nearly killed by a drunk/high driver, totally our car. He has some serious tissue damage.
But now, he was at a workshop all weekend and his knee is swollen. NOT totally out of the question, he dances Contact Improv which involves a lot of moving around and being in contact with the floor.
The knee is full of fluid. I'm starting to think about gout and bartonella. The acupuncturist (s) didn't know what to do when he showed up. They said it looked more like and infection than an injury. It didn't have any suggestion of being "acute".
I'm scared. He has been holding his own while the rest of us treat. He is the only well one. I guess it is time for some treatment and testing.
