this past week I've had an increase in chest pain and neck swelling.

The swelling in my neck is sort of on the sides- it might be in the muscle.

I had it before two years ago when i was first infected or when i went on bactrim which i was told that i herxed on... not sure though. I remember my doc at the time saying "its in the muscle. Lyme can go anywhere"..

Since i just started Rifampin this past week i was wondering if any of u had this symptom and what infection is was attributed to..

Gland under jaw swollen, tender, got a lot better on bactrim and zith. Bartonella was
my guess.
