First, I just have to say that my dyslexia has had a field day with the subject title of this on and off. Each time I see it, I get some new twist of Bee Pee. I love the tricks my eyes play.

Anyway, I've not used this brand but I LOVE, love, love royal jelly and have had excellent experiences with other brands.

Bee Pollen has caught me off guard twice after taking it on an empty stomach and getting horrible flushing and stomach cramps. It needs to be taken with FOOD. It was not until the second reaction that I figured that out.

=============

This is the brand of Royal Jelly that I've used. I did not recall that it had been a formula - so my comments are not then about straight Royal Jelly but just this formula:
------------

Peking Lingchih-Royal Jelly (Ganoderma and Royal Jelly Formula)

Each vial (10ml) contains 500 mg Lingchih, 300 mg fresh royal jelly, and a blend of extracts from ho-shou-wu (Polygonum multiflorum), psoralea (Psoralea corylifolia), codonopsis (Codonopsis pilosula), epimedium (Epimedium sagittatum), plus several vitamins.
