Please forgive my ignorance here but.....Almost 2 months in on abx. Wasn't feeling too bad comparatively except for leg pain and some fog.

Anyway the last 2 days I feel like crap. Severe leg pain, muscle twitches in legs, chest, arms and even under eyes, nausea, headache and wanna sleep the day away.

Is this a result of the lymies monthly cycle and herxing or is the abx not doing it for me.

Just need some voices of reason here.

Every 24 days I had an increase in symptoms. Over time I saw improvement. I would say it's the monthly cycle.

You're right on target! You will usually feel worse every 3-5 wks.
