I have been an Ondamed practitioner for a number of years, and a Natural Health Care practitioner for decades. I work with quite a few Lyme patients, among other conditions.
In my experience, Ondamed treatments can help quite a lot with Lyme symptoms. Of course, this would be along with good Lyme treatment, not instead of that.
And, as with many things, it depends on the expertise of the practitioner. If you do go for treatments, look for a practitioner that has had Advanced Ondamed Training, if possible. And, ideally, someone who has a practice in addition to Ondamed, so they can bring more experience to bear in the treatments.

I've done 25 sessions with Ondamed and not one positive result. I know several others that had the same experiences.

Scott, the practitioner that you saw, from what I have heard, was not practicing Ondamed the way it is supposed to be used.
But, as we all know, everyone is quite different, and what works for one, doesn't for another, and makes a third person worse! Usually, Ondamed doesn't make someone worse, but with Lyme, of course, anything is possible.
How could doing Lyme treatments not possibly make someone herx? Although, Ondamed typically doesn't cause a herx.
