Is Milk Thisle a refriderated product? Or is it more like a vitamin type thing ? I saw some that were in a pill form but was wondering if it comes as a liquid?

It is an herb. Mine are not refrigerated, and come as powder in capsules. I think I have seen it available as a tincture (drops you mix in water or juice) in the health store.

- Pill / capsule is best. It does come also as tincture, preserved in alcohol but it's best to reserve tincture to only those herbs that are best in that form. Capsules work very well for milk thistle. -

- Milk Thistle can be a bit strong for some but, no, it will not cause a herx as it does not kill spirochetes. It is supposed to HELP lessen a herx by giving the liver key nutrients to work better in the face of toxic infection.
You can read more about Milk Thistle by searching here (and then through Google and at PubMed): ---------------------------------
