doing quite well. I am having an issue with constipation. Not bad, but still there.

My llmd told me 1-2tsp of epsom salt in about 8oz of water. Does the trick but don't do it every day.

large amounts of Vit C will break it up.

I had to deal with this for about 2 weeks straight while taking herbs.

They were very binding and my body was attempting to get used to them.


Amla Berry also helps prevent constipation (as does diet)

Magnesium (via epsom salts per sugg above or in any other form).

Additionally, a stool softener like Colate (sp?) will provide gentle relief vs a harsh laxative.

I have eaten Bran cereal every morning for the past 8 years pretty much - since I was pregnant with my first baby and that has worked fine for me. More than fine as a matter of fact!!!

Mag citrate, Vit C, mineral oil, dulcolax.

Coffee might help. Colace is a stool softener. And drinking lots of water helps too.
