Ive had symptoms again for about a month. I was put on 100 mg's of doxycycline twice a day. I started noticibly herxing after a few days on it. now I'm herxing pretty bad. Feel real shaky and stuff and just feel really run down and crappy. I was wondering any good ideas of maybe supplements i can take or things to eat or drink while I'm herxing to help detox the toxins out of my body. Ive been drinking alot of water but thats not really enough
use ful ideas pleease and thank you

Warm bath with epsom salts. A few weeks back someone reminded me of this, and boy did it help. Wishing you well.
btw - I'm now paying more attention to doseages, as I have been undertreated for over 4 years (very frustrating). 100mg is low and won't wipe the bacteria out. From all I've read it should be at least 200mg twice a day.

is there anything I can eat or drink that will help flush the toxins out? except water cuz im already doing that
is there some kind of pill supplement I can buy at like a GNC or something that can help flush out toxins?

Juice one half lemon in 8 to 12 oz of water at least twice per day. Drink water all day long.
Activated Charcoal works well with the Lemon Water but you have to space it two hours from any meds or supplements......

I go for massage, followed by a steam bath and while in the bath I drink 20 oz. of lemon water with 1 whole lemon. Makes me feel wonderful after.
