Does anyone know of Lyme literate in doctors in the Charlotte, NC area? I currently live in Concord. I am from West Virginia, so any doctors in northern West Virginia or southwestern Pennsylvania could also help. Thanks for your help.

Hi and welcome!
You may want to post this question on the Seeking a Doctor board here.
One of the dedicated people who help give out LLMD names will come along and respond.
