I was undiagnosed for 6 years with Lyme and started treatment in 1998. On abx for three years including IV.
Originally saw Dr. B in the Catskills and then switched to Dr. C who I am now seeing.
I had a pretty decent remission for many years.
I currently have various symptoms including significant dizziness, heel pain, fatigue and anxiety. Dr. C thinks because my C4A is quite elevated it is Lyme, although he suspects Bartonella since the symptoms fit and I was never treated for Bartonella in the past.
I actually like my doctor very much but I really wish my phone calls would be returned in a timely manner. Their office is so busy that it is hard to get in touch at times and given how badly I feel I find this very frustrating. I currently drive 3 hours for appts.
I am considering looking for another doctor but I really don't know who else to try.
Thank you very much for your help. Eloise
