Hi All,
Hope you're having a good day.
Anyone else have trouble getting hold of Dr. H.'s office? I've been leaving messages for two weeks to book a first appt, but haven't heard back.
Any idea what is going on?
Best,

Keep trying though. Eventually you will get through and they can put you on a waiting list. I would; however, expect a 4-8 month wait. If you have your heart set on that place, stay with it though! Good luck!

Thanks, All!
I followed Pony's advice and persisted; incredibly, someone answered the phone today, and I have an appt in August!

- It must really be hard for patients to contact him once they are a patient of his. Whew.

I'm not sure about that, Tu; the person I spoke with have me an extension to press which will get me to a person. That said, I haven't tried it yet

The only way I got in (after waiting 4 months for a return call) was by pressing "0" and speaking to someone live and in person. I pleaded my case and got an appointment for 5 days later. Be persistent!
