Have a friend who just got diagnosed with lyme. He needs to be tested for coinfections, etc. but has a positive lyme test. need LLMD in VT area and he doesn't have much $ to spend. any decent family docs who are Ilads educated and might take any insurance in the area? or an LLND. Hoping he caught this early but he needs immediate good treatment. He's on antibiotics but I I think doc said for 3 weeks only. ugh.
Any info. is appreciated. Thanks.

Check the online state Lyme groups at:
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/vermontlyme

Maybe they can help you.

Some more resources for you:
www.lyme-aware.org/vermont.html

www.ilads.org
www.lymediseaseassociation.org

Please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme. Thanks.
