Could someone please supply me with this information with contact addresses or phone numbers. I will go to Dr. H or someone else on the east coast that are "top notch" at this point.

I am on my third LLMD and she is telling me that I am herxing when I am clearly relapsing with Bart. I am scared and so depressed.
