Friend discovered nymph with rash today. They are traveling the US in their Rv and near Yosemite.
Hoping for lyme specialist referral near San Jose, Sacramento or SF.
Who is the best in that area who will treat husband asap?

Robin will be here later.. but your best bet is to tell them to go to an Urgent Care ASAP!
No LLMD will take them on a moment's notice.
Tell them to get pictures of the rash. They will need it later!!!
Get a photo of the rash next to a ruler or coin to show the size. Get a photo of the rash with their face in the photo, if possible. Get a photo with a date next to it... newspaper or cellphone info to show the date.
Tell him to DEMAND several weeks of antibiotics .. hey, try it!!
