Hi. I am interested in contacting a LLMD in Connecticut Southern/Central is great, but I will travel anywhere in CT or out of state if necessary. The neurologist I saw was very out of touch with this complex issue.
Thanks, WellinCT

You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). Non LLMDs have no clue about this horrible disease and its complex treatment!
Unfortunately, LLMDs are far and few between. You need to go where they are.
Also, most LLMDs do not accept insurance due to the politics surrounding this horrible disease. Read poster TF's explanation, "Why Lyme Doctors Don't Take Insurance":

Smerrill - you should write a separate post instead of adding on to an existing one. That way, more people will see it and respond because most don't re-read old posts.
I don't know of any. Check with the CT Lyme Support Groups I gave you. They would know better.
