Have already seen Dr G in NJ but that doc believes that the negative test is definitive and doesn't agree I have Lyme and wants to treat me for RA. I had Lyme 10 years ago and it feels just the same. I found a dead tick in my bed so that should point to something. I need a second opinion. Who else in NJ is great? Thanks so much.

A second opinion is always a good idea but Dr. G believes in seronegative LD and is an ILADS member.

If you are referring to the female Dr. G, I had a very bad experience with her nine years ago. Talk about a God complex!
I am now seeing Dr. E in Jackson after getting much worse under the care of Dr. S in Howell.

Is Dr.G. known to be a good doctor in Lyme and coinfections?
Also, is she a nice person?
I have an appointment to her, and I'm a little turned off after what I read here.
