Could either of you PM me with info about this doc? I have a good friend in Wisconsin who had Lyme in CA years ago, given 3 weeks of doxy, and then watched her life slowly fall apart, eventually disabled and given a dx of CFS (dumpbox). I've been trying to find her a REAL LLMD she can get to. (I may have to drive out to Wisconsin to take her though: she has simply given up.)

Thanks,
Dayle Ann
