A friend of mine sent me the following website and I have been listening to the download of the wellness CD for 2 days now and it has helped tremendously with my state of mind.

I am passing it along in case any of you might be interested. Belleruth Naparstek works a lot with trauma and physical illness. She developed the audios.

YES! great site indeed! I have the one called Healing Post traumatic stress, and it's really wonderful. I use the healing CD's all the time.
Another really cool set of CD's is Potentials unlimited, they focus on self-hypnosis and healing. You can get the self hypnosis via Mp3 now and put it on your iPod. I have the whole collection. Good stuff [Smile]
