I have been through this before. My stomach and intestines get messed up and I have pain and sensation for not wanting to eat. I have to eat. I have lost over 100 lbs. in 3 1/2 years and down to 130 lbs. I am scared to go down anymore. I know some people here weight 85 lbs. I want to fight the good fight and weigh more not less. My stomach gets blah feeling and then my intestines hurt so bad I can't sleep. I am taking out the few fruit I have been eating, all dairy, no red meat, have not eaten sugar for 1 1/2 years, no high carbs. I am starting to blend all my food so it is easier to digest. I don't want to do this, but I feel it is try something or end up in the hospital. I will do anyting to stay out of there. Any suggestions. For breakfast I had juiced carrots, cucumber, and lemon. I will have blended chicken and carrots here after a while. I have a severe left buttock ache to that seems to be part of the whole picture to. Would love any feedback. I hope there is someone out there that has unfortunately been through this too.

Cozy, I think you know I can relate fully to you. I can say that eating less fiber has helped a teeny tiny bit with my intestinal pain. I also blend some of my food w a Ninja juicer and that has helped a bit.
I think its all a process of trial and error. There is no one set diet or set of foods that will work for everyone. For me I am nauseous no matter what I consume, but I have found that certain foods are a tiny bit easier to keep down, so I am sticking with those.
I am with you in the fight to avoid the hospital, it is my main goal right now. I wish you the best of luck in finding a solution that works for you. You are not alone with this. It is miserable, I know. Best wishes, Jess

Have you talked with your doctor about this? You may need to change your diet an add carbs back in. Not all people can stay on the no carb anti-yeast diet forever. I tried it early on and my doctor told me that I would not get well if I cut out all carbs. I was sicker and could not keep my blood sugar up.
Maybe you would do better adding in some brown rice with meals, cooked beans or lentils, quinoa, sprouted grain bread (like ezekiel bread), more whole grain stuff.
Remember your healthy fats like nuts, nut butters, avocadoes, coconut oil, olive oil, butter, etc...
If this doesn't help, try eating whatever you can tolerate even if that is some Ensure. You do need to continue taking in calories, fat, and protein for your body to heal.

I was on an all organic veggie diet with low-fat proteins and was still wasting away. Supplements weren't helping either because my gut was a mess.
It turns out I needed to completely change my diet ratio and also get rid an infection that was "caused" by antibiotics that I had taken over a year before.
I actually don't tolerate beans, whole grains and brown rice well at all and do better with diary and meat (go figure...). This is why it's so important to find a doc who knows about nutrition and can evaluate you on an individual basis.
Please get your gut checked. No doctor had thought to run a CDSA test on me and finally a doc ran one after 2 years of me being ill. It would have saved me so much time and money to get this done immediately.

This has happened to my husband repeatedly. His weight goes down, then when he starts to recover from the "bad periods" and he tries to pack it back on bc he doesnt want to end up too anorexic during the next weight loss period.
