I second both of those book and have both of them at a close reach to re-visit topics thru my treatment.
Just add Dr. B's Guideline and you have all you can read. Actually Dr S's book requently references Dr B's work, but is written more for the regular person, and has a ton of good info on diet.

I loved Dr. S's book. I also got a lot of good information from Bryan Rosner's book, Top 10 Lyme Disease Treatments.
