Does anyone in Louisville, KY, know of a disability lawyer they can recommend?

I need one who is not limited to social security disability, to help me appeal a denial from the disability insurance policy I had paid to have while I was still working.

Here's to feeling slightly more clear-headed today and hoping it lasts long enough for me to take care of this. What a catch 22.
