Hi everyone. I have been getting tons of PMs and it is kind of hard for me to respond to them all so I just wanted to give an update.
I am still struggling with ill health from lyme and co's and I am still dealing with some pretty severe depression. I am no longer cutting as much though so that is positive.
A dear friend of mine died last week and it has been rough. I have been trying to stay positive and keep my sense of humor but their death was especially sad because they basically killed themselves with alcohol. He also was the friend that left because i was sick and it was "too tough" for him to handle and so we were not on speaking terms when he passed, which has made it extra tough.
I am seeking treatment for both lyme and the mental health issues so I am being proactive at least.
I will post more when the fog of depression lifts.
In the meantime, I want to thank everyone on here so much for the support and the PMs.
It has been very sustaining.
All the best to all of you. I will keep in touch. xoxo

Thanks so much everyone. I have actually been taking an antidepressant for a few weeks and I feel like it is finally starting to kick in a bit and that is helping me cope.
