Beautiful, serene photo, payne!
I join all of you in prayer for sammy, skies and all here who need physical or emotional healing, or have other unmet needs.
This eve we attended a Matt Maher concert at a local Amusement Park.
It was uplifting and so great to see so many people there praising God.
This is the second time I've seen Matt Maher in concert.
We took our grandsons, ages 7 and 9. They especially loved it when Matt sang "Your Grace Is Enough" because they sang that song in the school talent show.
Wishing everyone a peaceful, relaxing and blessed Labor Day!

Hi <<<<< God Tho'ts Warrior Family >>>>>,
TxCoord and I had a chance to visit w/ our Pastor today, and explain a little about Lyme disease and it's Co-infections,as well as some about the controversy IDSA and our ILAD's folk!
He asked a lot of questions, with genuine concern!!! I mentioned we had a number of wonderful Christians here on LymeNet.
His words to us where very encouraging, basically he said w/ such a serious complex illness, to be watchful because the enemy of us all, will try to cause oppression, as well as depression that can occur, when we are in pain, and so ill.
Pastor tho't it was good that we, Christians, encourage one another,as well as others here on-line. And he had not realized how serious Lyme and Co-infections could be.
Pastor doesn't go on-line very much, but he has some folk who help w/ e-mails,and a praise report type blog.
I know what he means as to oppression, that feeling, like we are in some oppressed group, subject to attack from the government, from the enemy of our souls, and from the disease itself.
As well as being in the world but not of the world, and homesick for heaven. We like to sing, and so were also talking about how much,Godly praise and worship songs can help when we are down.
For me, I love the pictures of Gods creation!!! So glad the -God Thot's- thread is here!!! And praising the Lord, that in the middle of the hard times, and in the good times we can still share The Lords Love W/ one another!

Good morning brothers and sisters. Continued prayers for skies, Sammy and all others in need. That would include everyone! Everyone needs God whether they know it or not!
Yes we need to be watchful of the oppression and depression. That can happen so easily. The enemy will not win!
Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Romans 8:37 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
I love Christian songs. Sometimes the words make me cry and often make me smile filling my heart with warmth.
The ones that make me cry are about Jesus' suffering for us. The pictures of Him on the cross can easily bring tears.
This one has given me encouragement when I needed it most. I looked for it yesterday to send as encouragement to a fellow sufferer when I came across this version.
I love how it shows Scripture along with the lyrics. I love music but the words have the most impact on me.

Think of JESUS there beside you, like a friend who is glad to know you Feel the comfort of HIS presence and the kindness.
Think of JESUS warmly smiling, telling stories, sharing laughter, Bringing joy that lights the moment, peacefulness that lingers after…
Think of JESUS speaking gently with a glow of love about HIM, And you will feel the calm assurance that you will never be without HIM.

Love everything that I saw/heard posted here.
I also love all my God Thought friends!
Getting ready for church, heading to pick up my grandsons soon. Then out for breakfast after church.
We sing Christian songs in the car on the way. I love to hear the boys sing. It makes my heart sing.
I love Sunday mornings.
Later today, my older grandson's soccer game.
Praise God for the blessings that He bestows upon us, big and little.
Enjoy your Sunday, God Thought friends!

YES, Sunday Mornings are full of wonderful Blessings, preparing for church as many gather in His Light. Please pray for our Nation and Our Leaders to Put to God first their woes of war, and fill their hearts with PEACE. As Fall surrounds us, let in all the joys that come with it, each day each hour may we find a ray of sun or a pleasant breeze, perhaps just children laughing or a friendly Hello ! "This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you." We Are All Imperfect
There are many reasons why God shouldn’t have called you. But don’t worry. You’re in good company…
Moses stuttered. David’s armor didn’t fit. John Mark was rejected by Paul. Timothy had ulcers. Hosea’s wife was a prostitute. Amos’ only training was in the school of fig-tree pruning.
Jacob was a liar. David had an affair. Solomon was too rich. Jesus was too poor.
Abraham was too old. David was too young. Peter was afraid of death. Lazarus was dead. John was self-righteous.
Naomi was a widow. Paul was a murderer. So was Moses. Jonah ran from God. Miriam was a gossip.
Gideon and Thomas both doubted. Jeremiah was depressed and suicidal. Elijah was burnt out. John the Baptist was a loudmouth.
Martha was a worry-wart. Mary was lazy. Samson had long hair. Noah got drunk.
Did I mention that Moses had a short fuse? So did Peter, Paul — well, lots of folks did. But God doesn’t require a job interview.
He doesn’t hire and fire like most bosses, because He’s more our Dad than our Boss. He doesn’t look at financial gain or loss.
He’s not prejudiced or partial, not judging, grudging, sassy, or brassy, not deaf to our cry, not blind to our need.
As much as we try, God’s gifts are free. We could do wonderful things for wonderful people and still not be . . . Wonderful.
Satan says, “You’re not worthy.” Jesus says, “So what? . . . I AM.” Satan looks back and sees our mistakes.
God looks back and sees the cross. He doesn’t calculate what you did in ’98. It’s not even on the record.
Sure. There are lots of reasons why God shouldn’t have called us. But if we are magically in love with Him, if we hunger for Him more than our next breath,
He’ll use us in spite of who we are, where we’ve been, or what we look like.

This is the site where I got the picture. You can probably highlight it on here, copy and paste too.
There are other pictures on there you may like also. I like the one on there about grace. For some reason I don't want this thread to end. I can't explain it.?
