I heard on the local news that we have been getting cases of the H1N1 Flu in the East now. I guess that is why they have been pushing the FLU shot so desperately nowadays. It contains H1N1 particles to inoculate your immunity with.
I did not realize getting the H1N1 is just as easy & prevalent as getting the flu. When it spreads, it spreads I guess.
I can't find a copy of the local news, but here is another on utube.

Just another reason when the cold/flu season hits, I love love love my rife machine.
The worst flu I've had since becoming ill with lyme & co was about 4 yrs ago. I'm thinking that flu was called Bird flu? No that doesn't sound right.
I didn't realize at first but it didn't take me but a couple days to realized oh my, I've caught that flu and it was a horrible horrible flu. I started using my rife machine and realized pretty quickly that I needed to do 2 a day sessions because it flaring back up in the afternoon.
I'm pretty sure it took 2 a days for over a week-10 days to keep it knocked down to just a nuisance. All other flu/colds have been easy to zap away.
My rife gives me peace of mind when it comes to the thought of an epidemic of any flu.
If only lyme, bart and babesia were just a simple virus or bacteria??????????

H1N1 is just another strain of flu.

I was pregnant with my son during that 2009 H1N1 scare that was supposedly killing off pregnant women right and left.
The news had me sooo terrified I got a *&%@* seasonal flu shot during my pregnancy...THEN as soon as the H1N1 flumist was ready a week after I delivered, my family drove an hour to get it....and my daughter immediately got bronchitis...that her Dr said "was absolutely NOT related".

lax, I hope he recovers quickly. You've got his immune system pretty strong these days, right?
Thinking about you. Take care of you and yours.
I know you're like a mother bear.

map: yes, I think I've got his immune system pretty strong. He's on a small protocol of supplements: colostrum, glutathione, enhansa, vit d, methyl b12 shots, gaba, magnesium, probiotics.
It's just scary to read about that baby who died of the flu one county up from me.
His fever is lower today than yesterday, so that's a good sign.

I am on day 10 of the flu and it was not so bad, didn't need medicine but slept a lot. Also needed more tissues than I had at home but was able to go shopping. I am on CD since several months, that might have helped for a milder flu.

For those who have the flu, if it's available, would you consider having your groceries delivered to slow the spread and to give you less to do?
