Yes thank you.
It sounds silly but the stress level I feel when reading posts has decreased significantly.
Thanks again.

Me too GreataM. We all know too well the negative effects of stress on our healing process. Even though I am so much better, I still like coming on lymenet because it has always felt like a safe place.

Moderators, I'm sure your job is trying at times.
I do have a question, though.
Why do you delete people's posts without notifying them privately as to the reason?
I hardly ever post here and when I put time and effort into a post and it just disappears into thin air without notification, it makes me feel like my contributions are not wanted.
Anyway, I guess I'll just go back into the "read only" category again as I do not have energy to waste, especially after the ct scan and 5 x-rays I just had. Think I better devote my time to de-radiating myself.

Some people are fine when we edit or delete. Others give us a hard time and are as rude to us as they have been in their posts on the board so most of the time we don't take the chance that we'll be lambasted for notifying.
If we edit your post and you want to know why, please send us a PM.

I too want to shout-out a big THANK YOU to all our Moderators ... you volunteer your time (when I'm sure you have many more "fun" things to do), dedicating many hours of your days, nights, weekends and sometimes holidays. You all do a great job and keep it positive doing what can often be contentious and thankless.
I had a reawakening in reference to moderating the LymeNet Flash the past few days when I was pulled into a review of an issue. I haven't moderated here in quite some time ... wow, I forget how difficult and challenging it is to handle some situations. So, I REALLY thank all of YOU!
When things explode here, which happens infrequently, it's usually because a few users simply do not know when to shut up and move on. They get to use this site free of charge, forget the User Agreement they read/clicked on when they signed up and think they have right to interpret, argue and debate the rules with the LymeNet moderator team. That behavior is unacceptable! For those users who need a refresher of the LymeNet Flash - User Agreement, it is here: http://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/agree_review
Moderator team ... keep up the great work. If you need support, I've got-your-back!

Thank you Lou!
So much goes on behind the scenes that people who post here are not even aware of happening.
We do the best we can to keep everyone safe. When I came to this forum I felt comfortable posting and if I didn't understand something, I asked on a PM.
I believe we have a great group of people who honestly want to help others and appreciate the support this forum provides.
