Having a tough time with hormone changes of menopause and lyme. I'm so confused daily, running ondamed for Lyme, but have a few complications. I just want my life back like everyone else. If u can pray, god sees and hears all. Good thoughts and health. Just want to sleep hugging my pillow again. It's been years. Thanks much.

It sounds so rough, Lyme in P. I hope you are still searching for a good doctor who can help you. No one should have to suffer like this.

a ND recently put me on Hormone Replacement cream with Estrogen and a very small amount of Testoserone. Within 3 nights my heart stopped racing and I slept for 5 straight hours. I now sleep close to 8 hours most nights. I started seeing him for Lyme but as you know we must treat all the layers of the onion. I am 52 and have had a full hysterectomy. You may not need what I needed but I would definitely explore that possibility. It helped me dramatically. BTW, prayers on the way!

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
