TRek will be having fun today, right? My doctor used to say, "You mean your husband allowed you to come in to see me?" He thought he was funny back in the early 80's!

Anyway, hope the voice comes back soon .. it's no fun having to squeak your way through the day!

Oh, the days of teaching with no voice. Not fun at all!!

Get well soon!

Hi there <<<<< Lymetoo, and Tinny >>>>>,

TrekC' is being very nice to me, because he had this creeping slime about a week and a half ago.

So technically he brought it home to me. I've heard of sharing everything...but this is ridiculous...LOL [Smile] !

Yeah Doctors trying to be funny... I had one that decided I might know what a gutted deer feels like, after viewing my list of surgeries.

Uhmmm, I was not amused, a rib resection, gall bladder surgery, a Hyst' with appendectomy, growth removal from my foot.

...And a number of painful medical procedures, some of which left me with a serious case of White Coat Syndrome [I believe in essence,it is a form of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome].

Sorry to get all serious... Trek C' is far better at having a sense of humor about medical matters, well about most everything.

Tinny, with all the recent medical issues, Kissin's 'bout the only thing we can do... LOL!
An' I sorta don't wanna pass this mess, back to TrekC' to pass back to me...a no, nope, no, no Laryngitis Ping Pong games here.

Lymetoo, Once TrekC' had to lead a 30 voice Childrens/Youth Choir Christmas Musical Play presentation. With no voice, he had just had Thyroid surgery, and couldn't talk above a whisper.

He bought a whistle, and instructed the kids ..." Don't make me use the Whistle! "... They actually did quite well, so he was happy.

I better get this posted...

Hi <<<<< randi' ,and Lymetoo >>>>>,

Sorry to hear your Sis' is ill Randi', sounds like you are better tho',that's good, please be careful, this junk can come back on you.

Lymetoo, I hope you are feeling much better very soon, and like I said to Randi' please be watchful, these darn bugs seem to recirculate and come back on us.

A lot of folk at our church have laryngitis/bronchitis type problems, and the wind has hit here, it makes everything worse 'til it calms down.

The high winds all so stir up arthritis issues, so a lot of folk are limping around right now. TrekC' is extra tired, and having to be more careful right now.

I just want it to go away so we feel better, soon. Thanks for responding, even w/my Grumpy Wolfi' moments ... [Smile] .

I doubt I've been the easiest to live with, between bronchitis/laryngitis,sinus infection, head injury, and the itchy, peeling rash.

Aargh,at least TrekC' and y'all understand, and I can vent it out. Please be safe y'all!

Hi <<<<< Lymetoo, and Tinny >>>>>,

I think that, that force of Love Light and Life is with us right now, !!! [Big Grin] Or None of us would have made it this far!

Lymetoo, hope you got some rest, and are feeling better, sometimes the 'Sulkin' just seems to sneak upon us.

If VA Choice bothered to put TrekC's Civi' Cardio' Docs request thru, we'll be getting his 24 hr. EKG monitor. They hadn't let us know by business closing yesterday... Sooo who knows ????!

I'll probably be wearing a dust mask, no sense anyone else getting exposed to this Laryngitis/Bronchial bunk or gunk or whatever this mess is.

Will check back later...

Got word from the civilian cardio this am that Choice will not pay for the EKG so Friday I'm scheduled to see a VA cardio and I am going to ask them for it through the VA.

In the meantime, poor Silver is trying to take care of what little voice she has.

Hi there <<<<< My TrekC', MADDOG ,and Lymetoo >>>>>,

TrekC' I'm bummed that the VA is doing this, and as Lymetoo says 'let's hope things change at the VA...' soon.

I don't like that the VA is suddenly trying to charge for meds they had been providing you with for over two years either. As well as not letting you get the 2 hour EKG... Unfair!!! [Mad]

Hi Maddog, thanks for howling for me/us... I still can't howl ,or sing. AArgh. But it was good to see/hear that howlin'!!!

I am beginning to wonder,if I'll get my normal voice/howl capacity back. I hope it all heals soon!

Hi <<<<< Lymetoo >>>>>,

Still scratchy throat, and a little hoarse, but better,as far as this bug.

The rash issue is a different story. still causing issues, which can make it hard to think straight. I've never had a rash, for this long.

And my worst sunburn as a teen never peeled this long or this badly.

I do hope you are doing well!
