Doc recommended this ... I thought for sure any pharmacy or big supermarket would have it ... In Publix Supermarket and Walgreens, I found Alka Seltzer, but not Alka Seltzer Gold. They are very different, I am told, the regular has lots of extras in it, like aspirin.

Any idea where I might get this without resorting to an amazon or whatever?

You can also get Picot from Walgreens. It's the Mexican version of it and it is less expensive.

I second CVS, if they don't stock it on the shelves they should be able to order it from warehouse for next day.

I went to one of our local CVS pharms and they ordered it and it should be in next Tuesday afternoon! Silver was sent some [thank you! You know who you are!] and it did appear to help.

Will let all know after she's been using it for a couple weeks.
