Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Olive Oil is NOT considered a (bad) "vegetable" or seed oil. It is good and can have some wonderful health benefits for many if tolerated, as long as the source is pure, it's actually real and follows correct procedures from growth, harvest to specific COLD processing with no industrial solvents.
However, there are many adulterated oils sold under the label of olive oil - even with some name brands - so homework is required. But that is not part of this video.
And, animal fats are good, too. Best from grass-fed & grass-finished ruminant animals (cattle, bison, lamb, etc.) though chicken & pork is not as nutritionally dense as ruminants, their meat and their fat are certainly fine with benefits and, again, best from good sources who really take care of the animals all the way around.
Yet, even for those who simply cannot afford or obtain the meat - or fish - from the best practices, there are ranges of care / levels of ranching practices. Some may not have the top certification yet may still be doing a lot right. Get to know sources.. Just avoid any factory produced meats or farmed fish.
There is no evidence whatsoever that saturated fats from animals causes heart risk, though. That was not just overblown but not correct in the first place.

Not nutritionally healthy in the first place but the added Industrial Solvents; High Heat; Bleaching, etc. make it caustic in many ways (poster's words).

- I know this is a long discussion. However, it is very important. Hopefully, you can stream YouTube onto your TV and rest a notebook in your lap as you lounge and relax.
I cannot over emphasis the importance of what this guest has to say about how serious gut / body problems literally disappeared when he got the so-called "vegetable" oils out of his life.
His journey to that point and the success at finally figuring out the root cause of his problems, well, it's enlightening to say the least.

Dr. Ann M. Childers - (Conventionally Raised, Corn Fed) Beef Is Very Inflammatory (2:06)
2:06 video - Cattle raised in corn lots . . similar to issues with "vegetable oil" Omega 6 too high, and that's inflammatory
On the other hand, grass fed & grass finished / pastured cattle . . . lamb, etc. have a much healthier fat composition.
