Why not just leave for a while and come back if you feel like it.

But private message a moderator and they can help you.

I'm a real mess and truly think this is a start of a nervous breakdown. Or maybe it's already happening.

Lyme forums just give me more anxiety.

It doesn't stop. Even when I sleep, it's in my dreams. Anxiety, worry, OCD. I miss my old life.
This is probably why I cannot get better, I have chronic day and night stress.

There are other things going on non-lyme related in my life. I cannot catch a break.

To conclude there's a bad upper respiratory virus going around in my department ( not covid we all tested neg) I had leave work early today which I hate doing by the way, only have done that twice in the 18 months I've worked there though. Most likely I will be out tomorrow. I was told as well there are high cases of the FLU going around, great.

Go figure the last week or so we went from unseasonably cool temps to hot summer-like in my area and I believe the heat puts everything into overdrive with my anxiety.

Then just don’t log on anymore but leave yourself open to a return or to keep contact with a few people.

Blessings to you.

Just don't log on.

I'm not sure Jen wants to permanently ban anyone. It's not as easy as you think.

Stay safe!

I want off these sites period.

If you're a creator of these sites or boards there should be an option to permanently disable your account.

I find it quite nerve wracking, intrusive and a complete violation that it cannot be done. That is no way acceptable.

I'll find a way.

Just stop coming to the site. Very simple.

Take it off your favorites if it is on the favorites and avoid temptation to login.

You said, "...there should be an option to permanently disable your account."

There is. Go into your account and delete your email.

Lymetoo, no it's not.

I don't want her to cancel her account. She's in too much pain.

When everything out of someone's mouth is negative and catastrophizing, it's a symptom of what the mind is going through.
Part of this may be due to low minerals.

She begged to be banned, so that is what was done.

She said she would "find a way."

I don't really understand why she didn't just quit posting.

I suggested to her several times to just take a break and not come to the website for a while but she might want to return later.

Will keep praying for Mountainsky.

You are really, asking for help. Everyone here is trying to help you.

I finally kind of beat lyme.

It took 14 months deep intramuscular bicilin shots.

Or i got so old i did not taste good anymore.

So they stopped eating me.

We aint eating that dirty old man!!
