I'm thinking about bringing my case to a lawyer and was wondering what anyone thought about a class action lawsuit against the labs. I suffered for 3 years with Lyme and still have it, just now with cognitive problems, terrible pain etc... I missed so much work and feel If I was diagnosed correctly and quicker I wouldnt be in this situation. Im sure many people are in the same boat due to the inaccuracy of the test results... Why bother with these results if there are often false negatives.
Wondering what anyone thinks.

I contacted my lawyer and they will call me back... I saw a few other posts from other people.. When the lawyer calls me back I'll let everyone know what he said. I can't see how this is not a case. The CDC has lead many people to be wrongfully diagnosed which has caused a great deal of damage to people physically and financially.

If you can find a lawyer willing to do a class action suit, I think that would be awesome. Not sure if it should be against the labs. They aren't the one's that developed the test in the first place.
Maybe a class action suit against the IDSA for making guidelines that cause all of us to suffer horrendously for years and years.
