for IgG, at least one band of P83/100, P58, P39, P30, OspC (22kd) , P17, P66, and Osp A (31 kd)
73% sensitive, 99% specific
for IgM, at least one band of P83/100, P58, OspA, P30, P17, or P41. ``In addition, when the positive band is p41, syphilis, leptospirosis and other related diseases should be excluded.''
50% sensitive, 93% specific
Might be useful for arguments.

Wow, I have never even thought about Bb in China. I just read an article on American Society for Microbiology about Bb in China. I bet (I don't know!) that their traditional medicine heritage will offer the Chinese a much more effective medical paradigm than the US medical system. It would be hard to do worse than our system. Interesting WB criteria!
