I am attempting to detox heavy metals. I am having my fillings replaced one by one and taking chlorella on a daily basis. I would like to know if using aluminum foil to cook or store food with is ok or should I not use foil anymore? Thanks I am learning and have lots of questions.

My husband tested very high to metals and as a result we avoid aluminum foil and anything in a can.

It forces us to eat fresher foods and to wash our baking sheets more often.

Please know that this list is by no means complete. Also know that if you just absorb in whatever manner just one of these once, it may not have a great effect on your health. But count up how many of these toxic metals you are exposed to every day and night. 1 = 1, but 10 = 1000 (synergy).
If you don't have amalgams in your mouth and never had, check out whether your Mom had them - the mercury is passed down.

If you have a problem with toxic metals, it is wise to go on a detox program - unless you do, Lyme, etc. treatment will not succeed.

I have also learned a long time ago that if you suffer from food allergies - allergies in general - look for toxic metals.

Also note - Antibiotics PLUS metals creates a synergistic SUPER TOXIN

And please, don't ever drink anything out of an aluminum can. The Pepsicola Bottling Co. fellow I ran into, who always had a pop can sitting next to him at his desk, was semi-dead at the ripe old age of 40! semi-dead because of aluminum in his brain. He was totally dysfunctional until a smart doctor found the alu all over his body, mostly in the brain/brainstem.

I ALSO had my fillings renoved in such a way...by the quadrant....by a NON-biological Dentist...total cost ovet 15 months, $340.

The neuro symptoms AFTER each removal was wild indeed.

I then started chelation this last March...have only had 3 treatments....

I had SEVERE MCS/Environmental as one of my many Lyme Symptoms....I never REALLY had a bad herx...yet I herxed EVERYTIME I took an abx, AND I would lose my sensitivities at the same time...so, put this togetrher and Dr Crist would scratch his head....we then decided to go after the heavy metals...

However, MY METALS only showed up after doing a DMPS Challenge and then urinalysis test.

I then changed to Bartonella based abx....

I started Prolotherapy also...what a wondeful thing to repair years of Bb munching on my ligaments and tendons...

I also Rifed this past winter for Lyme...

I have since DELAYED rifing per Gigi and others until the metals are removed.

Now...let me tell you something....something I am afraid to write here OR sya out loud...although I have a LONG way to go still...the last 2 weeks HAVE BEEN LIFE CHANGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's right folks.........

LIFE CHANGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So.....heavy metals, important? Duh.

Pretty hard to avoid aluminum. It's in a ton of things...deodorant, makeup...you name it.

Curious, isn't it that both Mg and Al produce a white light when burned?

But Al can't be used to make ATP.

Abx. + metals(minerals) creates a "super toxin"? WHAT? Not what the Romanians found...

They created hydrogen. Lot of it. INactivated PFK. Slowed down the glycolysis pathway.

The Romanian lyme patients experienced immediate benefits..."The supplementation of therapy with Mg derrvatives had an immediate beneficial
effect that was maintained in time." (quote from the abstract)

These are great replies....

I am changing a lot of what I eat. I guss I won'teat anymore canned stuff. Fresh is better anyway!

Trout...I am having my fillings done but the $$$ is huge at the bio dentist. Maybe I should get it done at the regular dentist and then just detox....I could have it done much quicker because the $$ would be much less at my regular dentist.

I am taking mag SR per Dr. B guidelines. Is the mag malate better? how much should I take? Brand?

Thanks everyone for all the input!

My LLMD told me he wanted me to detox with bentonite clay.

So, I did a search on the web and came up with a company that sells it:

LL's Magnetic Clays -"Pulls Tixins OUt LIke a Magnet"

1- 800-257-3315 www.magneticclay.com

They have also sent me information similar to what GiGi posted above. I have just scanned the other posts on this site as I am not up to reading them at this time.

But, I did catch the drift and did want to let you know about this resource.

So far, I have taken two foot baths and two regular baths with just a cup of clay.

I did notice a difference and I did notice the clay turned darker in color.

I also noticed this when I first started taking the epsom salt baths to detox. The white epsom salts turned black..interesting.

I thought it was from the water at first, but after several baths, I am no longer seeing the black epsom salts left behind.

It must have been something that it was pulling out from my body.
